Joining Boardroom Advisors
I am excited to start managing the expansion of Boardroom Advisors to the Irish market following its success in the UK.
I am big believer in the model, which provides part-time experienced directors for funded startups, scaleups and SMEs, on a very flexible basis - from one day per quarter up to 2-3 days a week, almost immediately, with no recruitment fees, no long term commitments and interchangeable personnel as needs change.
Roles include part-time CEO / COO / CCO / MD / Strategy Director etc., NED, Chairman, Strategic Advisor, Mentor & Coach.
Boardroom Advisors are real-world advisors who have scaled businesses. Most have grey hairs. Some have none. What they all have is experience.
In my opinion increased flexibility at work is key to increased efficiency and will continue to play a growing part in the future of work.
