About sunshines and rebuilding habits

We finally made it to Waterford.
I know it is not strictly a business related post,
even though our excuse to going was Hidai's birthday and fourth talk with Waterford Chamber (that was actually online),
but this past week I found myself thinking about the difficulty
of building & maintaining habits.

Over the last 2 years I lost the ability to leave the house. It might sound strange, but as the outside world was never easy for me to handle and with everyone accepting Zoom, online shopping, and digital life as normal, I just didn't need to anymore. So I didn’t.
And now, 2 years later, I need to rebuild old habits, coping mechanisms, and processes, or develop new ones.
And it is not easy.

It made me think that it is all like a muscle that needs constant training – how to talk to customers, how to market, how to sell, how to present, how to go out of the house.
When we stop we lose it. When we go back it is both harder and easier to get to where we were.

So I started with sunshine, Vikings and falafel in Waterford.
