Our first video testimonials for our Effective LinkedIn workshops
Excited to share our first video testimonials, for our Effective LinkedIn workshops.
LinkedIn, and more accurately how to use it effectively, remains a very popular topic, which comes up in many conversations, with almost anyone saying "yes, I know I should do more with it, just don't know how / didn't need to before / heard I must post every day / don't like social media" etc.
Which is absolutely understandable, given that indeed, to get value out of LinkedIn there is a need to properly understand all it can do (from the profile, to connecting & messaging, to liking, commenting & posting), decide what's right for you personally and for your business, and then put some effort into it (like anything, no magic here).
There are also unfortunately quite a lot of misconceptions and even bad advice about LinkedIn (as with many other topics in the digital space), which does not make things easier for people...
But still, we have seen it working for anyone and any business, from solopreneurs to businesses with 1,000+ employees, who decided to invest in it, again in the way that fits them.
So, what happened with the Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Chamber is representing what we see with other organisations & people with LinkedIn - we started with a short 10 minutes taster at one event (which became 30 minutes actually as they wouldn't let us stop! And well, we didn't really try to...), then a 45 minutes session over lunch (which became an hour...), and recently 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each, with 1-2-1s afterwards... Which is the one in the video.
We work very hard on every workshop and nothing makes us happier than hearing from people that they find them useful, feel motivated & confident, and most importantly when they take action and start seeing the results.
This is why we do it... and it makes it all worth it.
So thanks a lot to those who kindly & bravely stood in front of the camera for us - Kathtrina Furlong from Yours Personally for sharing her story of transition and change, and Terri Brannigan & Meenakshi Agrawal from Reverve Energy for the kind words and committing to do their homework!
Thanks also to Colette O'Sullivan and Wei Du from the Chamber for inviting us.
And thanks to Hamza Firdous & Valeria Patarushina from Wasper Media for filming us again and doing a fantastic job of capturing so many angles of the workshop and also afterwards, and making us look good :)
We were actually saying that it's quite addictive to be filmed professionally, and it's tough to go back to taking videos on your phone (which of course we need to, can't afford them with us all the time!)
